VillaRamadas GGZ works with a multidisciplinary team consisting of a psychiatrist, a doctor, a clinical psychologist, psychologists, counsellors and nurses who adhere to the philosophy that forms the basis of our treatment. Each individual team member is focused on the patient's recovery within his or her expertise and area of expertise.

From the initial consultation to aftercare, patients will benefit from the different skills of each team member at VillaRamadas GGZ. Patients' needs and expectations are met through our experience and passion. We ensure that your treatment achieves the best possible outcome. Our skilled team will meet your needs, if necessary 24 hours a day.

Founder

Dr. Eduardo Ramadas da Silva began his career in personal development in England, where he worked in several treatment centers and was CEO of one of the most prestigious. The Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, the specialization in Counseling in Additions, the training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Eating Disorders and Bereavement Processes, and his 26 years of clinical practice culminated in the creation and continuous validation of the therapeutic model Change & Grow®.

It participates in the international conferences, lectures, forums, congresses and sessions of behaviour modification. Invited regularly to participate in television programs of the three-generalist stations Portuguese, Spain and in Bulgaria, radio channels and magazines.

Author of several self-help books, all published with great success, such as: "Believe in You!”, "Live Without Masks", “Successful Life”, "The Promises of Change & Grow", "Believe", "The Twelve Steps of Change & Grow" or "A Night Light".

For example, our treatment program is evaluated annually and we apply innovative techniques within our treatment. In addition, our institution has an approved quality status.

Quality Status

Various mental healthcare organizations work together to provide insight into the quality of care. As part of this, they have developed the quality status model for mental health care. Every care provider is required to have a quality statute guaranteeing that the right help is delivered at the right place and by the right care professional within a professional and qualitatively responsible network.

PRINCIPLE OF TRUTH - Our behavior is consistent and we will be free from uncertainty if we live in truth.

Complaints procedure

We do our best to ensure that your treatment runs as smoothly as possible. However, it is possible that you are not satisfied. In that case you can use our complaints procedure.

The procedure (which can also be found in the complaints procedure) is as follows

  1. Discuss your dissatisfaction with the employee and / or his supervisor;
  2. If you are not satisfied with the solution offered, file your complaint with the management or complaints officer;
  3. If the management and complaints officer do not resolve your complaint satisfactorily, you can submit your complaint to the Healthcare Disputes Committee.

Waiting times

At VillaRamadas GGZ, we make every effort to keep waiting times as short as possible. When you have taken the step to want to enter treatment, you should be able to do so quickly.

Below are our current (maximum) waiting times:

  • Intake 1 week (from application date, if you already have a referral letter)
  • Out-Patient Treatment 2 weeks (after a positive opinion and if no authorisation has to be submitted to the health insurer)
  • Clinical Treatment 4 weeks (after a positive opinion in connection with health insurer authorisation)
  • Nazorg (AfterCare) 1 week (from the date of successful completion of outpatient or inpatient treatment)
