In the context of the crisis imposed by the global pandemic by COVID-19, we sought to minimize the impact on the provision of our healthcare services. However, following the best international recommendations from W.H.O. the Dutch Health authorities (RIVM) and the authorities from the Portuguese partner in the GGZ sector (SICAD), we implemented Action and Contingency Plans that determined the following changes:

Intake Process: to reduce risks, the initial assessment procedure, will be done by e-health (electronically), going to meet patient´s means.

Ambulante Treatment in the Netherlands: the care provided will, whenever possible and preferably, be done electronically.

Ambulante Treatment with Portuguese Partner: any patient when arriving to Portugal, will have to do a antigen test 5 days after admission for screening of covid-19.
